Kingston Bakery is a story built on a love of baking, family and new beginnings. Our journey began with a passion for the traditional bakery trade. The owner started his career as a baker in Mandurah, developing his skills and experience in the industry, while his wife was working in Waikiki. With years of experience and a shared dream of building something of their own, they took the next step together and opened their first Kingston Bakery in 2011. What began as a small family business was built around a simple philosophy – freshly made food, quality bakery products and friendly service. As the years went by, they began looking for a new place where they could continue their journey and grow the Kingston Bakery name. That search eventually brought them to the beautiful Margaret River region. They fell in love with the area and saw an opportunity to bring their bakery experience to the local community. Kingston Bakery then found a new home in Margaret River, where they continued doing what they know and love – serving freshly made pies, sausage rolls, takeaway food, cakes and great coffee to locals and visitors alike. As the Margaret River business continued to grow, so did their vision. Building on the support of their customers, they decided to expand once again, opening a second Kingston Bakery Café at 99 Bussell Highway, while the existing Kingston Bakery at 131 Bussell Highway continues to welcome customers. Today, Kingston Bakery is proud to have two locations in Margaret River, but the heart of the business remains the same – a passion for baking, good food, friendly service and creating a welcoming place for the community. From a baker’s trade to a family business, and from one bakery to the next, Kingston Bakery’s story continues to grow – one freshly baked pie, coffee and customer at a time.
